Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be in its original condition with all tags attached
- Not be worn, altered, or washed
- Not be a final sale or clearance item
How to Request a Return
To initiate the return process, please contact our support team at support@havynne.shop. We will respond to your email within 1–2 business days with further instructions. Please ensure you provide your order number and a clear explanation for the return in your initial email.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Bank processing times may vary, and it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@havynne.shop and we'll be happy to assist you further.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team at support@havynne.shop with a clear description of the issue and a photo of the item. We will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undel
